Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready despite the late check-in. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with items left behind from previous guests. The overall condition of the hotel, including its premises, was disappointing and neglected.

The exterior of the place looked downright shabby with trash scattered about the parking lot and walkways. The King Room meant to be accessible had serious flaws, like a bathroom setup that wasn't accessible. I felt a bit unsafe with a non-locking window and noticed that the sliding window was held together with duct tape, which didn't inspire confidence. To top it off, the large trash bin near the entrance was overflowing.
